Parking:
Free downtown parking (by hour limit) is available at a number of locations around the library. 2 hour parking can be found on Newman Avenue, East Water Street and S. Main Street adjacent to Dave's Taverna. 3 hour and 10 hour parking can be found at the parking decks on Bruce Street and Elizabeth Street and 10 hour parking is available at the Municipal Lot behind the City Municipal building on South Liberty Street.
Please note: Between 8am-5pm, the lot behind the Hardesty-Higgins House is for visitors/tourists only. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this request.
